Made Juice will process and ship all orders on the specified delivery date based on payment confirmation. Deliveries must be signed for upon receipt, unless otherwise noted at check out.
Should an order not arrive within 5 hours of expected delivery, the customer should contact Made Juice.
Shipping rates only apply to Perth Metro Area.

Cancellation of Orders
If an order needs to be cancelled, please notify Made Juice with 24 hours of the expected delivery time by telephoning 0478 552 205 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancelled orders will incur an administration fee of $15.00 AUD.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods you have received from Made Juice please contact Made Juice within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
If a customer receives different goods from their order, please notify Made Juice immediately. Made Juice will refund or replace the product within 2 working day of delivery and that the incorrect bottles are returned unopened and in the condition they were received.
Returns: Where juice is to be returned Made Juice will arrange to collect the juice from the buyer at a mutually convenient time. The buyer must keep the juice in a safe and proper manner and take reasonable care of it.
Refunds: If a refund of product is deemed appropriate, Made Juice will affect the refund within 5 days of return of product.
Should Made Juice not be able to fill a whole or partial order, the customer shall be contacted by Made Juice to discuss the options available.
All efforts are taken to ensure our customer's receive their product in good condition. Should a customer be dissatisfied, please contact Made Juice within 2 working days. Damaged goods must be returned to Made Juice and will be replaced.
Made Juice guarantee the quality of our product. If it is found to be faulty we will offer a replacement or refund. If a customer is dissatisfied, they should contact Made Juice by telephoning 0455 503 342, writing to Made Juice, or by email to email@example.com
